Monitoring Visit Report

Purpose:
To evaluate and monitor the progress of the Social and Livelihood Support Program – 2024 and other completed projects.

Participants:

• Representative of Islami Sangh Nepal
• Team from the Social Welfare Council
• Deputy Mayor of Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City

Discussion Points:

1. Review of activities conducted under the Social and Livelihood Support Program – 2024.
2. Assessment of completed projects implemented in different districts.
3. Feedback and suggestions from the Deputy Mayor regarding program sustainability and future collaboration.

Outcomes:

• The Deputy Mayor appreciated the initiatives and acknowledged the positive community impact.
• Agreement to strengthen coordination between the Municipality, Social Welfare Council, and Islami Sangh Nepal for future programs.
• Commitment to continued monitoring and evaluation for greater effectiveness.
